Call-Out for Workshop Proposals--Deadline February 1, 2022

Seeking workshop proposals for the 23rd Annual Indiana Latinx Leadership Conference. Deadline for submissions is February 1, 2022. The conference will be held on the Indiana University, Bloomington campus on March 26, 2022.

Over twenty years ago, the Indiana Latinx Leadership Conference (ILLC) was developed by students for students with the goal of cultivating the exchange of ideas and values to promote scholarship, leadership, cultural awareness, and community among college and high school students. Today, this goal is more important than ever. The 2022 ILLC theme focuses on Latinx leadership and activism of our past, present, and future. This year’s conference sessions and speakers will explore the leadership of previous activists, current social justice challenges impacting our community, and will provide the opportunity to develop skills to prepare for future advocacy efforts. Our hope is to highlight the importance of activism both within the larger community as well as within the Latinx community.

This year's theme: Latinx Leadership: Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow
